Aaldering Vineyards & Wines is a boutique working wine estate in Stellenbosch’s Devon Valley, with an estate tasting room set among vineyards and mountain scenery. Visitors can taste Aaldering’s estate wines during published weekday hours, with seasonal Saturday opening from October to April. The property also has three luxury vineyard lodges, a 26-metre pool and breakfast for overnight guests, giving it a dual character as a focused cellar-door stop and a small-scale wine-country stay.
