Delete your Cork & Vine account.

Account deletion is currently initiated securely from inside the mobile app.

In the mobile app

  1. Sign in to your Cork & Vine account.
  2. Open Account.
  3. Select Delete account.
  4. Enter your current password.
  5. Confirm permanent deletion.

What the current process removes

The trusted deletion process removes review and tasting photos, reviews, tastings, Favourites, check-ins, Wine Day plans, feedback submissions, your profile and finally your Firebase Authentication identity.

If deletion does not complete

The app reports the failure and keeps the authentication account active. Because cleanup happens in ordered stages, contact support if you receive an error so the result can be reviewed.
