Visitors can taste Aaldering’s estate wines during published weekday hours, with seasonal Saturday opening from October to April. The property also has three luxury vineyard lodges, a 26-metre pool and breakfast for overnight guests, giving it a dual character as a focused cellar-door stop and a small-scale wine-country stay.
